My experience at Valley Honda was great, and it was due to my first experience that brought me back for this second purchase. LANCE, JAB and KEN provided excellent customer service. They were very profes to my first experience that brought me back for this second purchase. LANCE, JAB and KEN provided excellent customer service. They were very professional and accommodating. LANCE: working with him through text massage and over the phone a week before. Painless process and he was very helpful. Have bought multiple vehicles from Lance and Valley Honda and will continue to do so in the future. JAB: I am very pleased with his assistance through out the process, he was very helpful and also keep me posted on any latest developments as my vehicle was ordered from the factory. He was patient and answered all my questions. He also clearly and simply explained and outlined all the costs, that I would pay if I purchased my specific vehicle. KEN: provided clear information in a timely manner, explained next steps and answered all of my questions. He did a great job with regard to the paperwork related to my new vehicle. They were all very helpful and I will be back for my next Honda. More
