Work appears to be fine. But not timely. While I had an 8:00 am appointment. To get my brakes inspected and repaired. I was told at 8:30 my parts would be delivered in about 30 minutes and the job was 2 hours. I was given a loaner car. Then my vehicle must have been on the back burner. .. It was not done until 3:45 pm. Longest 2 hour job ever. Since this took way longer than expected. One thinks a small discount would have been offered. They are trending down in my books. More

Great Place !!! Deur-Speet Is an awesome place to either buy or have the service department change the oil .. I also have had them fix a recall on my Jeep which they Deur-Speet Is an awesome place to either buy or have the service department change the oil .. Overlooking the Little Things I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and changing the fuel filters. Upon arrival I was told there was an update for my transmission and a reca I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and changing the fuel filters. Upon arrival I was told there was an update for my transmission and a recall on my water pump. They did the update on the transmission while I was there. I had to reschedule a time to get the water pump replaced. It would have saved me a trip to have the water pump replaced at the same time. As it turned out, there were oil spots in my driveway the next morning so drove back to Deur to find out it was oil that had spilled onto the frame and dripped off overnight. Also, after changing out the water pump, they did not ‘burp’ the cooling system which triggered a low coolant warning light. That cost me another trip back to the dealership. I had 4 trips to the service department that could/should have been done in one trip. More
