We received excellent customer service from Rick Harrelson. He was not your typical "car salesman." He was more then helpful, respectful and friendly for the four hours my husband, my 3 year old son Harrelson. He was not your typical "car salesman." He was more then helpful, respectful and friendly for the four hours my husband, my 3 year old son and myself where with him. We have dealt with other sales people before and have left with a bitter taste in our mouth. Rick was amazing. I hope you Melloy realizes what a valuable employee you have. I am an office manager and I know that majority of the time you hear bad things and not always the good or your too busy dealing with the bad things to not reward the positive. I just thought you should know that Rick was more then helpful. If we need a car in the future we will see Rick and anyone I know looking for a car I will be sending them Rick's way. Please let Rick know that it was a pleasure dealing with him on our new car purchase. Ken helped us finish our final paperwork friendly, fast and answered any questions we had. More
