He let me test drive one of the Nissan Note... And it was nice to handle etc ... He offered to check if I qualified for financing.... So needles to say the transactions/ paperwork/financing everything went smooth and highly professional. Exceptional Customer Service rendered by Ken Engle Financial and Mike Perez Sales Consultant , only recommendable to others! More

Everyone at Melloy Nissan treated me exceptionally well, from the salesman to the financing department to the service department. Each and every person there treated me with respect and friendliness. Even t from the salesman to the financing department to the service department. Each and every person there treated me with respect and friendliness. Even though I bought one of their less expensive used vehicles, you would have thought I was a celebrity buying their most expensive car--that's how nice they were to me. I told them what my needs for a car were, how much money I had to spend, what size payments I could make--and I let them choose the right car and financing for me. I arrived just before closing to take a look at a few frontiers. Had a good idea of what I wanted but was not committed to anything other than a drive and solid look. Became apparent Susan was committe frontiers. Had a good idea of what I wanted but was not committed to anything other than a drive and solid look. Became apparent Susan was committed to find the vehicle I was interested in from the back lot, and once located she knew all relevant information regarding the model. Prior to this trip I have visited a few other dealers and brands and did not get the service I received from Susan (did I mention they were closed for the majority of time I was there). Offer was more than fair, and paperwork was efficient with Ken. I live 60 miles away and we arranged for delivery the next day and Susan drove it up herself at the time that worked for me... The overall process and experience was great! More
