It took ten emails to arrange an appointment to drop off my car in the late afternoon and have it worked on first thing the next morning. The car was not serviced first thing the next morning. Received a my car in the late afternoon and have it worked on first thing the next morning. The car was not serviced first thing the next morning. Received a call in the late afternoon that something else needed to be done and that the part wouldn't arrive until the next day. Finally picked up the car on day three in the late afternoon. More

Service advisors at Autohaus are exceptional especially Ryan and John. The issue are the techs in the service center. They constantly screw up repairs and have no regards to the vehicle. Most recently brou Ryan and John. The issue are the techs in the service center. They constantly screw up repairs and have no regards to the vehicle. Most recently brought my vehicle in and they failed the repair the same issue twice and ended up scratching the trim inside. It really shows the incompetence of the technicians. I am not sure if its a training issue or lack of oversight from the foreman. More
