I appeared on a very busy Monday morning without an appointment in a bit of a frenzy. Service checked out my vehicle, procured replacement part, and I was on my way in about an hour. Can't do any bet appointment in a bit of a frenzy. Service checked out my vehicle, procured replacement part, and I was on my way in about an hour. Can't do any better than that in my book. I appreciate the Service Tech Writers and Mechanics to keep my vehicle in tip top safe shape. For an "elder 70's female" Family Ford has always been my family from my beloved Mustang to the behemoth Explorer. If necessary, in the future to replace my vehicle, I will definitely some to Family Ford, because the Service Dept has been honest, professional and not condescending. Treated with professionalism and courtesy. More
