We were recommended this dealership by one DSP. Melinda was helpful at first a she was presented as someone who’s knowledgeable about Amazon fleet mechanic program. Afterwards, we sent another van on what seems to be an easy fix. The dealership and Amazon did not come to an agreement on the invoice amount and instead of finding a compromise, she kept complaining and was rude and unprofessional when I requested an update through our created group text in what’s up. I am very unsatisfied with her customer service and her inability to resolve a simple issue! She was jeopardizing this relationship and the dealership’s credibility for just a few hundreds dollars. Charged a lot of money to do nothing but an oil change. Cleared for codes for the engine light and it came back on when I went home. The paperwork says they filled all fluids but my coolant is empty and so Cleared for codes for the engine light and it came back on when I went home. The paperwork says they filled all fluids but my coolant is empty and so is the washer fluid. They told me the car was on empty so they couldn't take it out for a drive but it had a quarter of a tank when I dropped it off and it still has the quarter of a tank when I picked it up. Will not be back. More

I really enjoyed the service coming out to my house. And then when I needed more work on the car, they picked up the car fixed it and delivered it back to me.
