Kelvin was great from the test drive through purchasing my new Focus. He answered all my questions with ample knowledge of the product and industry. I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A CAR, FROM ANY DEALER, AND HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE. KELVIN AND DAN WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. EVERY ASPECT OF OUR VISIT WAS GREAT AND WE FELT LIKE WE WERE TREATED LIKE KI A GREAT EXPERIENCE. KELVIN AND DAN WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. Kelvin was very caring and genuinely concerned about helping me. That goes along way for me. The only thing I didn't care for was how many times it took for him to go to his manager with a deal. We went with the X-Plan purchase at Palmetto because of the low pressure approach by the team of Dan Ford and Kelvin Ruffin; if they treated us like 'typical' dealers we would have moved on. There was a miscommunications with the Warranty at the very end of the sale that lowered the scores that I gave the dealership over all. Instead of a 12month warranty I got stuck with a 3 mo. I have dealt with Palmetto Ford for about 3 years now and have bought 2 new cars, both from the same salesperson. An F-150 3 years ago and a 2010 Edge last month (love it!). Both times, I had already res have bought 2 new cars, both from the same salesperson. An F-150 3 years ago and a 2010 Edge last month (love it!). Both times, I had already researched what I wanted online as far as packages and colors etc., before going to the dealership. Kelvin treats me like a friend when I go in, on the Edge, he had to get it from another dealership because they did not have one in stock. They originally wanted me to factory order, but were then able to find one locally for me. Once we negotiated, I feel I got a fair deal. They always call me after going there to make sure everything is ok. More
