My new BMW X5 Great experience from start to end. Kelly worked with me to identify the best vehicle for my needs. Only negative is with BMW not the dealer. My pr Great experience from start to end. My previous 2015 BMW X3 had a 4 year service deal covering not only oil changes but also brakes, wiper blades, etc. BMW has recently changed this to only 3 years and oil changes and fluids only. This almost made me think about other manufacturers. I guess this is a dumbying down of the brand. More
