I had the opportunity to work with John Caruso in finding my next car. I never felt like John was a salesman or trying to sell me something. Even in trying times where there wasn't a ton of inventory he found a way to get me into the vehicle I wanted without having to wait months. This is now my 2nd car from BMW of Westlake and I hope to be a customer for a long time. They are so helpful from the sale to the service and I am thankful for their entire team. I would absolutely recommend getting your next car from John and his team. More
