Dropped off my car 06/14 at 8:30am. Told Kelli, the service advisor, that my car was taking 30+ minutes to blow cool air while going full speed and AC blowing full blast. I have driven this car through 2 summers without cooling issues. Her comment was condescending and rude considering I am not new to driving a car, this car, during the Mid-South summers. When I dropped the car off, she told me they would not diagnose it until 06/17 or 06/18. I checked in with Kelly at the end of the day 06/17 and she said she would not have answers until sometime 06/18. I text Kelly on 06/19 and got no response. I called the morning of 06/20 and spoke with Nate who was very helpful in getting me the status of my car. According to Nate, after talking to the tech, they needed my auth to replace the O rings and to an evac and recharge. Turns out Kelli was out of the office and not set to return till 06/24. Had I not called to check, would anyone have reached out to me for my auth to proceed fixing my car? Probably not. This is super disappointing, Southaven Honda. Nate was very helpful in getting my car back to me, and DeAndre who took car of me when I picked up on 06/21, was very helpful and apologetic. More

Ms. Kelli was busy. I found her to be rude, cutting me off and not allowing me to finish my thoughts. It was my opinion that she was frustrated with me asking questions and needing clarity as it pertaine off and not allowing me to finish my thoughts. It was my opinion that she was frustrated with me asking questions and needing clarity as it pertained to my options. I will say, at the end, she did deliver my car the day she promised. She also delivered on the pick up time. It was within reason(4:30 - 5:00pm -perfect for my work schedule). As far as her curbside manners, I was not impressed. And would not like to have her again. They previously charged me $127 for an after market part from O'Reilly's that they paid $59 for at the most. And this last project they wanted to charge me over $8000 for the same thing I had done for $4500 from O'Reilly's that they paid $59 for at the most. I still had to pay another charge for having them to reverse my tires rotate. I was not happy about that. Kelli did tell me I might feel a difference but did not tell me I would hear a loud rubbing nois reverse my tires rotate. I was not happy about that. Kelli did tell me I might feel a difference but did not tell me I would hear a loud rubbing noise. She did recommend I don't rotate but I also feel like your people should be a lot more reassuring because a lot of people like myself don't have a clue about cars and if she would of been just a little more pushy and told me you should not do it I would not have done it. I also feel like for the $240 price I paid I didn't get the full deal so I actually should of paid a lot less. But Kelli was great. More
