I am pleased to write a review of my recent experiences at Kelly Cadillac and Uzma Shafqat that led to the purchase of a new Cadillac XT5. To begin, we were considering if it was a good idea to trade our at Kelly Cadillac and Uzma Shafqat that led to the purchase of a new Cadillac XT5. To begin, we were considering if it was a good idea to trade our low-mileage 2024 XT5. We went to Kelly Cadillac to get some information, saying we were not really in the market. We met with Uzma and explained the information was our goal as the car she previously sold us was in fine shape. This did not slow her a bit. She took the time to explore options—the improvements/changes in the new model as well as the benefits of an electric car. Her knowledge of the various models was most impressive, and she provided a firm base to take the discussion to the next level to address price and availability. Again, Uzma answered my questions directly and succinctly with very useful pros and cons to options I proposed. We discussed finances with a focus on the trade-in value. Geoff Kelly provided a proposal, with some adjustment to the trade-in value, a finance rebate, and the GM Veterans Benefit (which Uzma made us aware of as well and worked with them to complete the form) to reach a deal that was suitable to all—the 2026 XT5 was purchased. When we picked up our new car, Uzma took great care to go over the various features as she had done with the three cars she previously purchased. In closing, Jelly Cadillac, Uzma, and Geoff Kelly are a great team that stand the test of time. More

My husband, Henry Mauermeyer, and I have purchased all three of our previous cars, and now our fourth, at Kelly Cadillac with Uzma as our salesperson. Uzma excels in so many ways—she is not only a superb three of our previous cars, and now our fourth, at Kelly Cadillac with Uzma as our salesperson. Uzma excels in so many ways—she is not only a superb professional, she is also a superb human being who is caring, dedicated, knowledgeable, warm hearted, with the goal of making the buyer totally informed and satisfied that the vehicle they are buying is the perfect fit for their lifestyles she listens, shares, makes sure the customer fully understands the options available in an effort to educate as well as ensure the fit is the best.nonce a selection is made, she provides a thorough primer on all features and how they work. In fact, she offers an opportunity to return after purchase with any questions to maximize the comfortable use of “all bells and whistles”. We can think of no other option for us than to go back, even to just keep in touch as we have in the past, and confirm that Uzma did right by us. Helpfulness? no amount of questions are too many. No amount of visits too much. And wait till you see the waiting room goodies! If you're shopping for a Cadillac, please give them a visit.
