I went to Kelly on a Thursday, sure that I wanted a new XT5. I was shown the 5, and 4. Fell in love with the 4. The salesperson explained all of the differences, and sent me home. Kelly Cadillac lives up to "The Standard of the World" hype I have aspired to own a Cadillac since sliding around the massive leather backseat of my uncle's 70's era Coupe Deville as a child. They evoke unparalleled style, luxury, and power. They are the chosen mode of transport for Presidents, Don Draper (from Mad Men), and the epitome of American success. I wasn't a major fan of the 90's and early 00's Econo-boats, but when the ATS debuted as I graduated college in 2012 I was floored. Finding myself relatively young and with the ability to purchase my dream car in June was an incredible feeling, and Kelly Cadillac made everything about the process a distinct pleasure. Firstly, it isn't often that the owner of a dealership responds to your texts personally late on a Friday night and greets you at the door. Geoff is kind, warm, and incredibly dedicated to his work and it shows. Secondly (and most importantly), when he introduced me to Marc Gagliardi I knew I was in good hands. Marc is a consummate professional with an infectious smile, and he knows his Cadillacs inside and out. He made a VERY large purchase feel like the opening pages of an exciting new chapter in life. I would strongly recommend this dealerships and Marc specifically. I drove off the lot with a huge smile on my face on June 18th and despite how hectic and anxiety inducing life is these days, that smile hasn't faded at all.
