After paying over a thousand dollars to have the cowling replaced and headlights restored, the mics shop supplies fee added to “every invoice” not itemized and not mentioned beforehand was excessive. My wife and I have owned eight Lexus over the years, an LS -400, 2 LS-430’s, 2 LS-460L’s, an RX-400h and two RX450h. They were acquired from a dealership in Connecticut and two in Florida. We have for th LS -400, 2 LS-430’s, 2 LS-460L’s, an RX-400h and two RX450h. They were acquired from a dealership in Connecticut and two in Florida. We have for the better part enjoyed fine service from all, consistent with the published Lexus standard. However, we have never encountered the type of treatment that we received yesterday and today at Treasure Coast Lexus. Every person with whom we interfaced, in the parts and the service departments was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. Kelleigh Congdon, in particular, went so far out of her way to help us that we began to feel guilty about taking up so much of her time. All in all, we are convinced that when we buy our next Lexus, it must be from Treasure Coast Lexus. More
