We were out of state when we broke down, so had it serviced at an auto repair shop. GM came through and paid for most of our bill. More

They Treat the Customer Right Once again the service department at Lima Auto Mall has come through for me. My truck wouldn't start leaving work late one night. Had it towed to Lima Auto Mall and they had me fixed the next day. They are very honest with their assessment of your vehicle and don't try to over sell any service. As for their sales department, they have always treated my family and I with the upmost respect. This is why every vehicle that my family has purchased whether it be my Chevy truck, the wife's GMC SUV, or my daughters Chevy Cruz was bought here. Sales and service, they can't be beat!! More
