During a routine oil change I received a video from the mechanic suggested I get a tuneup. I thought that it was cool to get a look from the mechanic perspective. I was expecting the representative to talk to me about it but he didn’t, I got a text that my jeep was ready which was a first for me, previously the representative would take the time and walk over to let me know my vehicle was ready knowing I’ve been waiting there for over an hour and half. Long story short I still need to talk to representatives but I am thinking of getting it done elsewhere. More
