I wish they had communication during the service as I was waiting during my oil change and it took 1.5hrs (got there at 730am). You just kind of sit there wishing for someone to come through the door. A video board telling you the stage your car is in for minor work (oil, rotation, etc.) would be very helpful. The waiting area was nicely stocked with drinks and snacks although I did not have any. More

With Richard's help I have purchased my last 3 vehicles (2 pickups and a Challenger). I am not an easy person for a salesman to deal with and even I have had great experiences every time I have purchased (2 pickups and a Challenger). Professional, helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgable, not pushy, he works HARD to make his customers happy which is why I keep going back. The dealership is very accomidating as well.
