Addendum to 10/2/2025 review - we received a sincere apology from the sales manager who offered us a home delivery the next day. Keith the salesman that sold us the car drove over 40 miles to deliver ou apology from the sales manager who offered us a home delivery the next day. Keith the salesman that sold us the car drove over 40 miles to deliver our new EV car directly to my house. This more than made up for all that we went through. The car was spotless and charged. He gave me a detailed tutorial on how to work the car and answered many questions. He was very patient, polite and professional. My husband and I both appreciated Keith and all his efforts to remedy the situation. More

Dealing with Silvio is always a pleasure. Great deal he makes it hard to say no getting into a new vehicle. I truly enjoying working with Colonial Ford of Marlboro. This is my 2nd purchase from them and both times were great. No high pressure sales tactics and they are open and honest about everything.
