Wylie and KeeKee were extremely helpful from initial contact through my purchase. I came in wanting to look at a vehicle that had not been fully processed and they made sure service was completed and ha contact through my purchase. Overall I was happy with the experience. However, the experience was marred by the unexpected addition of approximately $3,000 in options not included in the advertised price. It felt deceptive, as if the dealership deliberately advertised a lower price to lure customers, only to add significant costs later. This should have been addressed upfront, especially since the car was a demo. We never saw the window sticker, which likely would have listed the additional accessories and clarified the adjusted price. I was promised a PDF of the sticker but have yet to receive it. More
