The initial experience was good. It was after the car was purchased that all xxxx broke loose. there were issues that I noticed after preaching the car and it was a hard time trying It was after the car was purchased that all xxxx broke loose. there were issues that I noticed after preaching the car and it was a hard time trying to get back in to have them fixed. Then the check engine light came on, made the appointment and told him that's what I was coming for and was rudely turned away and told that they would not look at my car. If I could return the car and get my money back, I would It's been a horrible experience post purchase. I just know the next car that I get will not be from here. It felt like oh y'all were all nice because I was buying the car and now that I've gotten in the car okay, who are you and that's not my problem. Also, we asked the Financial person that was helping us finalize the purchase to make sure that it was at the 6% interest rate promised it was signed everything and now that we're looking over everything it is not at 6% 7% interest rate that's a horrible feeling to know once again feels like a bait and switch. More

The sales experience at ALM Kia was great. But when I went back for my first service, an 8000 maintenance for my EV6, things quickly went south. First, the advisor repeatedly told me I needed But when I went back for my first service, an 8000 maintenance for my EV6, things quickly went south. First, the advisor repeatedly told me I needed an oil change. Then, after waiting for two hours, they finished my car, I paid, but then they lost my key. The kicker was that they made me wait for over an hour longer before they finally told me that the key was missing. I could see that my car was sitting, locked, but no one would tell me why I couldn't leave. And now - the icing on the cake - the manager offered me a free oil change to make up for all the hassle (in case you are wondering, no, an EV does not have oil). I was at the dealership for four and a half hours. I got my key back a few days later, another customer had taken them off the advisor's desk. So, my key was not secured as it should have been. A hot mess all around. Cannot recommend this dealer for service. More
