Employee taking truck home The reason for only 3 stars is because of my vehicle being taken home without my knowledge or permission. I found out late in the evening on a Friday The reason for only 3 stars is because of my vehicle being taken home without my knowledge or permission. I found out late in the evening on a Friday night that my new 2019 truck was about 50 miles from where it was supposed to be. I couldn’t speak with anyone because it was 11:50pm. I then go to the shop at 7:30am Saturday morning and ask about my truck and was told it wasn’t there because the mechanic took it home to drive and make sure the lifter repair was good. I then told the service tech to tell this mechanic to get my truck back up here to the shop with my truck. I was then informed the mechanic was off this Saturday and wouldn’t return until Monday. Well long story short I was furious because the tech was nonchalant about someone taking my truck home and putting those miles on my new truck. The techs reply was they would have to put those miles on my truck anyway. I would wait for my vehicle if having service More
