Tamara, Marvin & John were fabulous to work with. Their Service department was great. We had 3 of our cars in there and they all took great care of us. My family is an All Star customer for Life!! Horrible Sales department, had my husband and I fill out the credit application before even seeing the vehicle. Payments was double what was quoted, when we did finally get to see the vehicle, we wasn’t al the credit application before even seeing the vehicle. Payments was double what was quoted, when we did finally get to see the vehicle, we wasn’t allowed to drive it off the car lot because it wasn’t even inspected for road worthiness, after waiting 7 days was notified that it was to many things wrong with the vehicle that it would cost too much to sell and that they would lose money in fact they wanted to even raise the price of the car to compensate the difference of how much money it was going to cost so they told us that they were going to send it back to auction and it was not for sale any longer. After telling them that we would report this to the state attorney generals office and the BBB they change their minds fix the vehicle and sold it to us More

Listening to customer and vehicle I’ve visited this dealership more than 5 times. The majority of the visits was to try and find & fix a popping noise in my 2019 truck. The 1st time th I’ve visited this dealership more than 5 times. The majority of the visits was to try and find & fix a popping noise in my 2019 truck. The 1st time they worked very hard and found a hole in my exhaust. They replaced some of the pipes and thought that would fix it. It didn’t fix it so I came back a couple days later. The dealership again searched and adjusted the resonator. That also didn’t make the pop go away. I returned a couple weeks later. The new service tech rode along and said he’s 100% sure it was my MDS, and there was nothing that could be done to get rid of the popping noise on my brand new 2019 truck with 2500 miles. I felt that was unacceptable as this is a new truck and it shouldn’t pop while driving. I had to go back again but this time I had to involve Chrysler. After leaving my truck again overnight, they ran tests and said I needed to ride with my new truck in a certain mode to not hear anything. When you ride in that mode it rides differently and brakes differently and I lose my fuel efficiency. So that makes since to put a bandage on a problem by turning the MDS off but knowing there’s still something wrong in regular drive. Problem is the new service tech was not working on the pop noise but some other noise. The new tech said he never heard the popping noise, but the original service tech not only heard the popping but duplicated it. So why change in the middle of trying to figure out what the problem is. This is why I can’t give 5 stars. This isn’t a bad dealership I don’t like changing midstream. I just want to enjoy my new truck. More
