Brought truck in for battery issue only to find out there was an associated issue in the engine compartment that was causing the battery to fail. Not happy with my last service as I had water leaking into my rear cab storage compartments of my Ram 1500. Was told it’s the 3rd Brake light and Rear window seal not covered by warranty or extended warr into my rear cab storage compartments of my Ram 1500. Was told it’s the 3rd Brake light and Rear window seal not covered by warranty or extended warranty. This is a manufacturer defect in my opinion. Katie was very nice and did what she could, apparently, but I’ve never had a vehicle leak water. Will be calling Chrysler corporate to fight this. With that said, there has been other times where I’ve received good service, which is why they get 3 stars. More
