The stealership simply put in a new fuse box yet kept my car for over a week I believe around 11 days. During that time. My "customer advocate never informed me of anything I was constantly hunting down inf car for over a week I believe around 11 days. During that time. My "customer advocate never informed me of anything I was constantly hunting down information on my car to the point where on the final day I hunted down my car in the parking lot with the windows down and it being unlocked. It was ready for me to pick up yet no one ever called me. Their communication was absolutely horrible I told them I would not be bringing my car back due to this. I rather pay the premium at home and be informed and actually get customer service and communication then sit there in the dark chasing them down to get information mind you I paid a premium for this service and expected way more than they delivered. More

My experience with the dealership was a good straightforward one! Returned for a mopar part related issue and some concerns. I took my truck to get an airbag light off as it had been flickering for about a year and just staid on recently. No other issues with the truck at all. I have a code reader and I know what my codes are. I w flickering for about a year and just staid on recently. No other issues with the truck at all. I have a code reader and I know what my codes are. I was Told to start with the clock spring as they said I had a code p1200, totally unrelated to the codes I was receiving and the most expensive part to change. I asked if they were 100 % sure that was going to fix it and they told me it was a start. I do not through parts at my truck and see if they work unless I know for sure it’s going to work. Very disappointed that the house cant even troubleshoot my problem correctly without trying to replace my entire truck with new parts. Totally unsatisfactory. More

We always use you guys and never had an issue. For some reason this van had back ordered parts for 2 months but we were able to buy online in 2 days and deliver to u for repair. After repair a day later we noticed no coolant in the engine and had to fill ourselves today. We are hoping nothing breaks due to this but will be watching it closely. Hence the 3 stars not 5 More
