Absolutely awful experience at this dealership. The communication is terrible, and the service is even worse. I took all the appropriate steps, starting with contacting Jeep through the app to have my vehicle towed, yet I was still given false information more than once. Despite following the process correctly, this dealership had my brand-new Jeep for two weeks over a minor issue. I should not have had to pay for anything, yet I was constantly run in circles with no real help. It got so bad that I had to escalate the situation and contact Jeep directly just to get a case manager assigned. The whole experience has made me never want to own a Jeep again. I’m hoping another dealership can change my mind, but this place has completely ruined my confidence in the brand. I have left reviews on multiple platforms so others can see and stay far away. You should be ashamed of how you treat customers. I will never recommend this place to anyone. More
