I wish I could rate their communication, but since there has been ZERO communication, I would say "good luck!" if ever you have to deal with this dump. We bought a car there, at asking price, no negotiation has been ZERO communication, I would say "good luck!" if ever you have to deal with this dump. We bought a car there, at asking price, no negotiations nor trades and the sale still took almost 6 hours! They left us with a quarter tank of gas, barely enough to get us home. Now as I try to go back for some post-sales repairs that were promised to me, no one will return my calls. Called for 2 days now so far, transferred into the sales managers voicemail, no call back. called again, sales concierge sent a note to svc dept. to call for appt. with an apparent urgent message. No call. Call next day expressing my frustrations, was then sent to svc manager voicemail. no call. called again, the rep said they would walk a note up to some desk and send an email. Still waiting on a call. Salesperson has been out for both days as well. No one answers their phone. Every call goes into voicemail. I thought Audi would pride themselves in customer service but they act as if they're doing you a favor by being there to take your money and never following through on a promise. Horrible place to do business. Never again. More
