Karl was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and could explain in simple terms what needed to be done to our Golf and why. One of the reasons we have bought all of our VWs from Wellesley VW is that we kno explain in simple terms what needed to be done to our Golf and why. 30k mile service and asked about an AC issue, I figured AC would need to be recharged but VW Wellesley identified charge was fine on the AC and diagnosed a blower or module issue that may require taking th AC would need to be recharged but VW Wellesley identified charge was fine on the AC and diagnosed a blower or module issue that may require taking the dash apart which could be a multi-day service. They continued to work the problem and figured out that it was some type of gear box or 'tab' that was installed incorrectly from the factory. They were able to fix the issue same day on top of the 30k service. Karl did a great job managing expectations and communicating with me as service progressed. I'm very happy the Wellesley VW team didn't just settle on an easy-for-them answer that would have put me out of a car for a few days. More
