I actually went in to dealership to see about extended warranty on my HHR, then ran into Karen and got to talking, and then decided to look around while i was waiting to talk to person about warranty. Karen introduced me to Dennis and before i knew it , he and i were out looking around the lot at trucks and cars and i liked the Sonic LTZ so next thing i knew i was trading in my HHR for the Sonic and am very pleased with the ease that the whole transaction took place. I purchased a new Chevy Sonic, I have owned the car for a few days now and I couldn't be happier. I felt that Dennis and the other staff at Nucar did everything they possibly could to get me the best deal possible on my car. I walked in with a number in my head just hoping I would come close, and I ended up walking out paying exactly what I wanted to. No other dealership offered me close to the deal I got at Nucar Connection. All of the staff at Nucar I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. I swear every single employee in that place had a smile on their face and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. Down the road when I am ready to buy another car I definitely plan on returning to Nucar Connection and I would recommend them to ANYONE who is in the market for a new car. We have been searching for a new car for over a month and being a resident of Pennsylvania, we were hesitant about purchasing a car out of state. The sales consultant Chris Strader at NuCar couldn't have made it any easier for us to make our decision. He was very patient and took the time to listen to our needs and our budget. As we continued to look at other brands before making our decision he followed up weekly to keep us informed of any new incentives or rebates available through the dealership or Chevrolet. We looked at and test drove at other dealers but in the end Chris and the entire team at NuCar Chevrolet made all the difference. The NuCar team gave us a GREAT deal on our new 2012 Malibu LTZ and we will highly recommend your dealership to both family and friends. Her up front honesty and caring personality offered a sense of peace for my family while making this financial decision. She offered professional and personal opinions which disclosed to my wife and I that we were not just a quota attempted to be met. The financial rep Mr. Sam, was the icing on the cake. He broke down the numbers and reassured us, that we were getting the best deal possible. Both employee's displayed a strong sense of care for my family and our financial situation.
