I met Gerlie online first and when I spoke on the phone, I Explained to her what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership and met her in person Gerlie made all my dreams come true! Exceptional Gerlie & Kao, My wife recently had the passenger side visor replaced by Elk Grove Mazda. She commented to me how professional, courteous and friendly everyone in the service department was. She was told the wait would be 1.5 hours and the work was completed in less than half an hour exceeding her expectations. Putting customer as a priority I came in for a recall and left with well fixed vehicle and another new car! All employees are well trained in their area. Specifically I would like to mention Ratish Singh from sales, friendly, positive attitude and knowledge of the product and ability to show and train, all these highlights are present in him. Dealership is doing the right job in employing and training the right kind of stuff. I am recommending this dealership to all that are looking for a vehicle!!! More

Great customer service Kevin Burke was very efficient with his service and provided us with all the information we needed. We were able to get approved despite what we thought was going to happen and ended up with a new car for a similar price we would have gotten for a used one at the same dealership.
