I’ve owned 3 Kia’s and I’ve bought them all from your dealership and I’ve never been fully satisfied with the service department. Typically you don’t return calls, my appointment time is always overbooked, and often there is a can’t do attitude as opposed to a can do mentality. I’m in the customer service business and Kaitlyn just restored my confidence in Kia of Carson. Honestly, she should be mentoring the rest of your staff. She truly knows how to satisfy her customers and retain your customer base. I felt like I was dealing with a real person as opposed to a bot. More
