Katie was great. I was very pleased with the service at the dealership. From checking in to picking up my car, everything was easy. But most importantly, I appreciated her help in getting the information on the service plan I purchased at original dealership, that enabled me to save several hundred dollars on this service. The only thing I would comment on is that the car was washed on outside, which is great, but not vacuumed on the inside. The other dealership did that, and I guess that was my expectation at Russ Darrow. Perhaps that’s something you’d consider in the future. Thanks again. More

It took 346 days for my car to be ready from a warranty repair, I got my car back finally and the horn doesn't work and the AC doesn't either. One of my tires also had a side wall bubble. Angela was amazing, understanding, the shopping experience there is they do want you to leave with a vehicle and they'll do whatever they need to to get that a possibility but I felt like all my problems with my vehicle could have been solved with a completed inspection.
