I would give this a 5 but am giving it a 4 because it is very difficult to make appointments online, which is my preferred method. I am forced to call (or visit in person) the service department to make an very difficult to make appointments online, which is my preferred method. I was planning on waiting at the dealership while Sonata was being serviced, but Nicholas advised me that it would take about 5 hours to complete the service and had an Uber drive me home and pick me up when it was ready.
