When I first came in to Liberty Buick I was coming in to trade my Beautiful Honda Accord with 25,414 miles in excellent condition and to purchase a Forever Vehicle, you know, the last one you plan to buy before you stop driving. A purchase was made that I didn't feel good about. After I looked at the paperwork over and over and over I knew this was not a good transaction. I called the salesman, and anyone that would listen! I was extremely upset! Days later, I got a surprise call from Simon Mindrut and he ACTUALLY ASKED me what the problem was and would I come and talk with him about it. I took all my paperwork to validate my situation. Simon listened and took the time to work out my problem. I left with a NEW 2018 Buick Encore w/17 miles on it and a smile on my face. (my payment even stayed the same!) A special Thank You to Simon Mindrut, for solving my problem and to Tim C., the salesman with a positive attitude who helped me with the electronics. I left my house for the 45 min. drive to see and test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted and pared with the sales rep that answered the questions I had when I called the dealership the day before. When we were in the market to buy a vehicle we wanted to start with Liberty Buick, even though we bought our last 5 cars from a different dealership. After talking to Justin and telling him what we were interested in he set out to look at inventory and had a manager, Josh and a salesman, Vlad work with us once we stepped onto the dealership floor. From the very beginning we were treated better than any other dealership we had visited. We had a few vehicles ready for us to look at and take test drives. My wife and I had two of our three children with us. Liberty Buick made them feel like rockstars there. They even brought them food when they were hungry. They made the entire process seamless especially with two of our children with us. We would just like to thank Justin, Josh, Vlad and Michael for making the purchase of our 2014 Buick Enclave a true wonderful experience. We have found a very special dealership and look forward to having future buying experiences. More
