I don't live in the Phoenix area and made the 3-3.5hr drive with my family and they treated us great. We had a little miscommunication on my first trip there 2 days prior but they worked very hard to make the deal work...and it worked. Lots of time went into our deal, but overall it was definitely worth it. On our second trip there, they took such good care of us, I was really blown away. I have never had a dealership treat me or my family so well...and I trade my vehicles every 12-18 months so I see a lot of dealerships! I would highly recommend visiting them. If you do, make sure you get in touch with either Josh or Justin. They filled the tank on my wife's car, the vette, gave us a 25 dollar Visa card....and to top it off....paid for our dinner! They also ordered me the second key and mailed it to me! Do they care about doing what's right and taking care of the customer? Visit them and see for yourself...but I say they do. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. More

When my wife called me and said she talked to someone at Liberty Buick and they were having a great sale she was right. She explained to Josh what I was looking for and he found the perfect car for me. I will never go to another salesman because Josh was so great and I will be a loyal Libery Buick customer! If you go to Liberty ask for Josh, he is professional yet still friendly, no haggling on the price, gives a great deal and you can walk out with a feeling of satisfaction. I really can't say enough. My husband had talked to Julius Lowe by phone prior to coming and a tentative deal was reached. When we arrived, we were offered water or coffee & donuts. Julius was professional, friendly, caring and attentive. The car we were interested in was exactly as described and the deal was finalized. Julius recommended a restaurant nearby where we could go have lunch while our new car was being completely detailed. When we returned, our new car was ready. Julius gave us a quick overview, made sure we knew where all the buttons were and we made it back home before dark. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. I highly recommend Julius Lowe at Liberty Buick. More
