Dependable good service I went for a routine oil change and mentioned that I had 2 tires with slow leaks. They discovered a nail in each tire and fixed both. Efficient, thorough, got the problem fixed. This service department is always so nice. The waiting area, the coffee, the snacks. The shuttle has always been fast and convenient. The service advisors are quick to get you in and out. I have a 2016 Highlander on lease, so it really hasn't needed much but oil changes, but I enjoy coming here to get that done (as much as one can enjoy getting their oil changed - ha!) I did have a wind noise problem, which I was pretty sure they'd say they couldn't find. But they took me seriously and did! They took the time to isolate the noise and fix the problem. More
