Had a bad experience around honesty regarding getting both keys for a slightly used $36,000 2024 Toyota Rav. A key was missing and I was not informed by the salesperson that one fob was not available un both keys for a slightly used $36,000 2024 Toyota Rav. A key was missing and I was not informed by the salesperson that one fob was not available until I was ready to drive off with the car. Initially the GM insisted it was my responsibility to buy another one. After putting some pressure on him and his sales associate he reconsidered and agreed to make good on providing me with another key. I would be careful working with associates there and recommend you make sure you know exactly what you are getting. More
