Wow! Wow! Wow! This was my first time buying a car without a face-to-face experience until picking up the vehicle. From submitting my build sheet, waiti Wow! Wow! This was my first time buying a car without a face-to-face experience until picking up the vehicle. From submitting my build sheet, waiting patiently for assembly at the Princeton, IN plant, Fred Fortson, Sales, communicated with me frequently, sent me plant build sheets until we found the TX with all the factory installed options I wanted. Fred informed me of the delivery date to the dealership (the day after assembly!), installed the dealer options I wanted and set me up with Justin Hendrick, Finance Manager, whom I communicated via phone/text and completed all the paperwork via E-doc the day before driving 150 miles to pick up the vehicle. Justin had me write a check upon arrival at the dealership and the purchase was complete! Fred had us meet with Jackson Antinore, Tech Specialist, who expertly set up the TX to our mobile phones, customized the multimedia and answered all my questions. We drove out of the showroom door and were on our way home in 90 minutes. Also a shout out to Madison Messer, Online Engagement Specialist, who kept the communication lines open while Fred was busy with other customers. Fred, Madison, Justin and Jackson were all extremely friendly & professional. I selected Lexus of Chattanooga because other nearby Lexus dealerships had mandatory add-on's that I did not want, adding a couple thousand to the overall vehicle price. Fred was the most professional car salesman my husband and I have ever encountered. We arrived thirty minutes before closing, and Fred greeted us outside. His honesty and straightforwardness were refreshing; he provided me with all the necessary information, which is exactly what I look for when buying a vehicle.
