When my wife & I arrived at the dealership, we noticed Justin moving all around the lot. I even commented to her, “that young man is new or really wants to make a sale.” We have done our homework online a Justin moving all around the lot. I even commented to her, “that young man is new or really wants to make a sale.” We have done our homework online and had come to test drive a particular vehicle. Justin was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We then noticed a vehicle that had just been traded in and liked the exterior look of it. We asked him about it and he said that it wasn’t in the system yet, but he would go find out. He gave us the basic information that we needed and we left to do some more research on this other vehicle. After doing some comparisons, we realized that Capital Eurocars had this car listed cheaper than any others in the entire country for it’s year, mileage, features, etc….. although it was about 3k more than the original car we were looking at, we felt that we needed to think more seriously about this one. After addition research & tons of prayers over the weekend, I text Justin at 9:15, Monday morning. By 10:30 we were test driving our soon-to-be new vehicle and were discussing numbers in his office. We came to an agreement on price, without having to haggle back & forth. Then we met Finance Manager Chris London. He was extremely polite and answered all of our questions about warranties and other “financial things”. Then came the contract time. They have recently switched to a new system and poor Chris kept having struggles. He continued to apologize, but it was unnecessary. He remained calm & professional and when he would hit a problem that he couldn’t fix on his own, he simply picked up the phone a called one the VPs of the company. Not only did the gladly help him, they knew how to do his job also. That is almost unheard of in today’s society. “A boss that actually knows what they & their people are supposed to do🫢”. If you are looking for a quality vehicle, go see Justin & the others at Capital Eurocars! You will be glad that you did. More

I had a technical issue at a later date with the retractable roof and thru Facetime, Justin was able to help me troubleshoot the problem and get the issue resolved. This was also on his off day! Justin is a hard working young salesman that has a bright future ahead of him. I highly recommend Justin for all your buying needs. More
