We ended up buying from John Mulligan because Nick had to go away for training and the hand over and whole process couldn't have been smoother. John new exactly what we were looking for and didn't pressure us at all to buy. Thew same can be said about Justin Hagen in the finance department, no pressure, just informed us of what was available, made recommendations and we told what we wanted and didn't want. Finally, our delivery specialist Corbyn Archuleta was extremely knowledgeable about the cars infotainment systems and helped us pair our phones and set everything up to our liking while showing us how we could make changes or adjustments later as needed. Plus he had some of the coolest shoes I've ever seen! We couldn't be happier with our experience at Sears and we will definitely be buying from them again in the future. More

If you want to buy a car with no pressure, professionalism, and from someone who knows a lot about Mercedes…. John is your man!!!! I was torn between the SUV that John had at his dealership professionalism, and from someone who knows a lot about Mercedes…. John is your man!!!! I was torn between the SUV that John had at his dealership and another make/model at another dealership. I went in, test drove the car and John helped me way out my options. He did it in a helpful, pleasant way. And when I finally made up my mind, he was very prompt at getting me the paperwork and getting me the beautiful vehicle! He even stayed late that day to do the paperwork after I finally made up my mind!! Also, he went above and beyond to show me and teach me how to use all the new fancy bells and whistles! The whole staff and process at Sears was AMAZING!! I’m obsessed with my new wheels!! My only regret is not getting a photo by it when it was sparkling with a bow on top!!! More
