While Mercedes and a bridge collapse created some challenges for delivery Nick was extremely helpful in insuring the delivery of our latest purchase. We have experienced great customer service with Nick readily available to answer questions and concerns. We highly recommend Nick and Sears Imports. More

Nick patiently and energetically spent a whole afternoon with me test driving many cars until I landed on the perfect one for me. I recommend a Nick McGovern for anybody looking to buy a car -- working with Nick was like bringing a good friend with me "along for the ride" because I had a great sounding board to support me when I had questions or concerns. There was no pressure whatsoever.
