I was expecting a headache with the purchase process but Niello made it extremely simple. I came from outside of the area and they accommodated my schedule and expedited the process knowing I had a consider Niello made it extremely simple. The process in the dealership was smooth - Sean was OUTSTANDING and made a long, stressful day so much better. I worked with RJ to get the quote sorted before coming to the dealership. Overall, the experience was as expected but I never feel good about having sales try to slip in another unnecessary cost. RJ was agreeable about backing down when I insisted that certain additions that he kept trying to add in (ex: the GPS tracker, powder coated hubcaps) be excluded. I never actually met Justin - he was busy and was originally going to step in on RJ's day off. But Sean picked up the slack and was the hero of the experience. More

My whole experience was great! It was easy to see the car I wanted using Cars.com and the AI tool reached out right away to book an appointment. The next day I was able to get to t It was easy to see the car I wanted using Cars.com and the AI tool reached out right away to book an appointment. The next day I was able to get to the dealer, and RJ was such a great salesman. I showed up early and he made sure to ask if I was “Ben”, because he knew I had an appointment. That meant a lot to me, that he wanted to keep my appointment a priority over any random person that may come early. Even finalizing the paperwork with the finance manager Brian was enjoyable because he was a car guy himself! 10/10 rating for me! More

Dealership was fine, fast access, deal done. Salesman verbally misrepresented options, option levels. If the steering wheel shows an option and the salesman says it has it, it should be there.
