My experience at Wesley Chapel Hyundai was not good at all! The service department people absolutely lied to me and printed lies on my bill. They were supposed to do a front end alignment and gave me back all! The service department people absolutely lied to me and printed lies on my bill. They were supposed to do a front end alignment and gave me back my car without the alignment done. They also replaced a tire with 42 pounds of pressure which that amount of pressure is extremely unsafe, and lied to me that the tires were equaled in pressure. And that lie was also printed on my bill. They said they set the clock which was also printed on the bill. But not done. I had to drive back there 38 miles from my home for another 3 hours the next day for them to correct all this. All this is very poor business and has caused me a tremendous amount of stress! This is the most absurd thing I have ever experienced before at any repair garage, even the cheapest places! More

This dealership took our money and did not provide what we paid for (new tires). They committed fraud. We did not notice for a month until our tire gauge went off. We had to waste time and gas money going all the way back to get what we paid for. The main corporate number could care less as they did not even admit it was fraud. We owned Hyundais for 18 years but never will again. When this one goes we will get another brand of car!! More
