Out of State Buyer of a Used Car For the past 20 years I've purchased my used BMW's from other states. The reason is because my local dealers haven't had the car I was looking for. For the past 20 years I've purchased my used BMW's from other states. The reason is because my local dealers haven't had the car I was looking for. I live in Colorado and I found my new to me used car at Dave Walter BMW. Since I couldn't see the car in person, I asked both Clavon and Justin to be my eyes and send me pictures of specific areas of the car that I was concerned about. I flew out to buy the car and upon inspection, they were very accurate in their description of the car - I am a VERY picky buyer. They even detailed the car and did a great job - the car looked brand new! The entire sales process was easy, efficient, and very smooth. I worked with Justin (sales), Clavon (BMW Genius), Shab (Manager), Eric (financing) and the service department. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Knowing I was driving the car back to Colorado, they made sure there was enough gas in the tank to get me down the road. I very highly recommend Dave Walter BMW! More

I inquired about a vehicle and to schedule a test drive. Justin reached out to me and had the car waiting at the arranged time. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the features on the vehicle which was very helpful. His approach was not pushy but rather giving me the information I needed to make a decision. He and Shab even accommodated me to take the car to allow my wife to see it to get her approval/take on the car (happy wife, happy life). Once I decided to purchase, both gentlemen worked with me to get the vehicle at a price I was comfortable with and from there it went very smoothly. I called Justin the next day and gave the green light. Everything was ready to go insurance and all by the time I arrived. David in finance was great as well. Did not feel pressured at any point.
