Oil & Filter Change along with a general vehicle check over. I came in at about 2:20pm Thursday 13 December. Checked in with your young lady who's name escapes me, and the oil & oil filter change was accomplish I came in at about 2:20pm Thursday 13 December. Checked in with your young lady who's name escapes me, and the oil & oil filter change was accomplished by Dom. My CRV was ready shortly after 3pm, paid the bill after your lady explained what was accomplished including the courtesy multi-point check. I appreciate Dom's expertise in all that was done. My tires are all showing very good wear patterns of wear now at 8/32" tread depth which is excellent for the miles run so far on them.. All other points checked are in satisfactory condition, no fluid leaks. Additionally, while I was in the main show room waiting room I saw Justin who is my service adviser. He took a couple of minutes to discuss with me a couple of questions I had about my CRV and the service plan in the near future. I really appreciate his always clear advice and discussions we've had. Pleas thank him for taking a few minutes from his busy schedule time to accommodate my questions. More

Emergency Fix The silver button on the gear stick fell off. I was not able to put the car into Park or Reverse without the button on. Bad experience on the services When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. F When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. Finally, they said it's done. Went to pick up my car and saw this additional $21 for tire rotation. Can't believed they charged me for something I didn't ask for. I just bought my tires 5 months ago. I was not happy with the bill, so the guy agrees to take off from the invoice. For the power steering, I asked him what's wrong with it. He said it started to leak on the power steering. So, I asked did they fixed it? He said no, but they will see if it leak a lot next time. I waiting for 6 hours and you didn't do anything? This service is so unacceptable. More
