I normally like my service there. This time, it was not a great experience. It took three days to get my car back because no one read the appointment order or the work order and they didn’t undercoat the truck. No one called to say it was done when it was finished. I guess the phone lines were down the day after it was completed. In the era of communication it would have thought someone would have used their cellphone. I hope hope future appointments are handled better! More
