My Grand Cherokee L has been in the shop for 5 days. Was told when I dropped it off would be ready in 2 days. I tried calling yesterday but everyone in the dealership answered the call but someone in servic told when I dropped it off would be ready in 2 days. I tried calling yesterday but everyone in the dealership answered the call but someone in service. All calls went to voicemail. Finally at the end of day spoke to my service advisor and was told the service tech working on on car had left for the day and call back tomorrow but I would have to speak to another advisor. So I called today and same run around not able to speak to a service advisor after 3 calls finally and was told they would call me back they needed to talk to the tech. It’s been 3 hours and no call back. I’m going to the dealership and speak to a manager. I won’t be bringing my car back for service at this dealership. Don’t care if I have to drive 30 minutes. More

I purchased a two oil change package with Lakeland Dodge Chrysler and took my Dodge Caravan for the second oil change only to wait 2 hours and find out they could not change the oil due to the drain plug be Chrysler and took my Dodge Caravan for the second oil change only to wait 2 hours and find out they could not change the oil due to the drain plug being stripped. I explained to the service manager that they were responsible for the stripped drain plug because they did the previous oil change. They completed the work after 1 more hour of waiting and gave me an invoice which listed bulk oil and filter was used. I called again to find out what type oil they put in and left my number in various departments for call back but no one returned my calls. I called back again today and someone assured me they had used full synthetic oil. All told it was a regrettable experience and I do not plan to return for any further work on my vehicle. More
