I took my SUV in for an oil change and requested the technician to check my tires. I was informed that the sensor was malfunctioning, and I received a quote for its replacement. I decided to proceed wit technician to check my tires. I was informed that the sensor was malfunctioning, and I received a quote for its replacement. I decided to proceed with the repair. However, when the technician discovered that two sensors were actually out, the price increased. Later, he returned and informed me that the cost had risen even more than what he initially quoted. Feeling frustrated by the constant changes, I decided to decline the repair. What really upset me was when he returned one last time to inform me that I would be charged a service fee for inspecting my tires, a fee he had not mentioned before. It felt unfair that after I declined to pay for the sensor replacement, he then charged me $80 just to look at the tires and sensors. Great way to run a dealership!!! More

Had to take my Rav4 Prime in for a recall, and being a new vehicle thought about having items replaced, knowing how some dealership service departments ruin things when they replace parts. Went into service dept met service asst manager Sal who wrote up paperwork, then talked to friendly faces Frank Nash and Joe C in service dept. Then they is the ever Present Juan Service manager, walking around checking on customers, his service dept is another reason to purchase as they always return top service on your Toyota. Walked into showroom area spoke to Bob Spee our salesman, he has been at oaklawn Toyota many years and we talked about Toyota 4runners, where we are now looking at the last of the 5th gen 4runners possibly purchasing 1. Back to service, vehicle was finished and was perfect no out of place items, no grease on steering wheel (As some other service departments return vehicles with). As always friendly people, top shelf service another great experience at Oaklawn Toyota. You can buy anywhere but you get a fair price and excellent after the sale service here! More

The Service Department is friendly, organized and competent. Travis is very detailed oriented. My Highlander is still going strong with over 225,000 miles, thanks to Travois’ care.
