When they advised me of the real price, I almost fell to the floor. Anyway, Juan and manager Phil new how bad my granddaughter wanted this vehicle and they both worked with me and we agreed on an amicable price for the vehicle. They both were suburb and had excellent people skills. They worked with us and I was more then astatic with the outcome. Deland Kia is VERY LUCKY to have caring and helpful employees like these. I will definitely recommend Daytona Kia to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles (every 3-5 yrs) in my lifetime and this was the BEST experience I have ever had. This also includes your finance employee who explained everything to me and made the transaction an easy comfortable one.

I forgot to add. I was given two grocery looking bags, a flashdrive of 52mb with all the paperwork. 2 Kia Keychains and 2 keys that came with my car. I was given a full tank of gas! Perhaps to help with the hiked gas prices these days. And 14 days of Insurance until I get my own to get me by. And 30day temp tags, until I get mine renewed. All was given with my purchase of my brand new KIA Rio. Overall I was happy! Except on the overall price was a little more than I wished.
