This is my second time taking my van for service here while traveling through Washington. Both times they have kept my van for several days with little communication and returned it with no idea what was while traveling through Washington. This past time they returned the van and by that evening I realized they had actually made the problem worse. They offered to look at it one more time before I had to leave town and came up with a diagnosis at the last second while I was checking out of my Airbnb. However, when I took the van to the next dealership I was able to get to the following day, they told me it was a completely different issue and that the problem had been misdiagnosed. I have no confidence in the Pasco dealership’s expertise or customer service and I will not be taking my van there again. More
