My first contact with them was Kory Kearney, Internet Sales Manager who gave me honest, knowledgeable answers and did not try to pressure me or bad mouth other types of cars I was considering. I planned on going in to meet with Kory to purchase a new car, but when my schedule changed and Kory would not be available he recommended Juan Ogando. Juan continued the great experience I had with Toyota of North Miami by answering all my questions and explaining the differences between models. He helped me choose which car to buy and I drove my new car home that afternoon. I recommend Juan Ogando to anyone wanting a new car, he is professional, knowledgeable, and honest and I will definitely refer my friends and family to go see him for all their car purchases!!!!! More
