Terrible experience. There is an embedded culture of poor customer service and people just don't care. I had an indifferent sales person that NEVER followed up with me. When I bought my used car and came to pick it up there was bird crap in several places, so they clearly didn't "detail" the car. They brought the car back in the clean it off and they removed one of the spots of bird crap. Cleary no pride in their work. The rear wiper blade was missing. I had to point that out for a second time. They never replaced the front turn signal light bulb either. These are minor issues but show that the culture is very poor. It turns out I probably bought a lemon. The car dies within 6 weeks. We brought it in and was told there was almost no oil in the car. Did they never change the oil?? I do not know, but I think the car is burning oil. Every person I dealt with in service tried to pass the buck or wouldn't return calls. I don't see the names of the employees below except my sales person otherwise I would rate them too. The car is a Hyundai so I just decided to take it to the Hyundai dealer next door and that experience was just as bad. McGrath - you need to change the culture at your city locations. No one cares and no one wants to help. More

From the first phone call to the last handshake it was a great car buying experience. Friendly staff and no pressure tactics. I drove from central Indiana and was extremely grateful and satisfied. Well it started out Rocky Road because I set in another part of the dealership just sitting for 20 minutes and I called Jason and told him that was there an sat another 20 minutes watching a lot of salesma part of the dealership just sitting for 20 minutes and I called Jason and told him that was there an sat another 20 minutes watching a lot of salesman walking past me taking care there customer so I Decided to get up an ask someone at the window and he directed me to another part of the dealership and that's when I saw Marcus who used to work at McGrath City Hyundai Dealership so he took care of me and we talked about life an my job an then we got down to business and everything work out perfectly and I am so grateful that I met Marcus. He is really a stand up guy an a great an knowledgeable salesman. He was very hospitalitiple and smart and he kept me encouraged an optimistic about me getting a car he kept informed that him & his team was gonna do everything within there power to get me a car an I appreciate that about an so yesterday about 7pm I drove out with a Jeep Renegade 2017 with 32 000 miles an I say cuddos to Marcus for going above and beyond the call of duty. So give Marcus a Raise because he deserves it. More
