The exact car I wanted. I drove all the way from Highland Indiana to look at a used 2016 HR-V and from what it appeared, everyone that was coming in that day wanted it as wel I drove all the way from Highland Indiana to look at a used 2016 HR-V and from what it appeared, everyone that was coming in that day wanted it as well. Juan was a great salesman making sure to take the time to look over other used car options before I decided on my purchase. He was very friendly and helpful calling me by name through out the whole process which showed that he cared about the customer. My dad was also with me and they shared some quality conversation. As well. Al the manager was incredibly friendly and helped us get the price down as much as possible. He was sure to also thank me and congratulate me on my purchase. Damian in finance was incredibly kind and very comforting with helping me finance and read the “fine prints” on purchasing my first vehicle. He thruoughly explained the extended warranty to me so that I knew what I was purchasing. I could not have asked for a better experience. These three gentlemen made my 45 minute trip completely worth it. I could not be happier with my purchase. I will definitely recommend this staff to family and friends looking to purchase a Honda. More
